Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at mhtrader1100@gmail.com before sending the item. Approved returns must be sent to [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous/flammable materials. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.
